About Alexis

Forthcoming author of 'AN ELEVATED LIFE... The Mind/Body/Life Connection'. 

Alexis assists people overwhelmed by life's demands to transform themselves easily and effortlessly. 

She initially pursued a career in Medical Science as a Histologist.  Fascinated with scientific research on the mind/body connection,  she developed a life-long passion for examining how the subconscious profoundly affects the overall quality of life.  This compelled her to become a certified life coach and EFT  practitioner.  Soon after, she began interning with Dr. J Dunn as a Holistic kinesiologist,  giving her the ability to communicate directly with her client's subconscious.
At the "World Institute-Center for the Rights of Humanity", she comprehensively understood the Empowerment of Listening.

Wanting to understand the subtleties of emotions as energy, she was certified as a Theta Healer: DNA 1, DNA 2, and Intuitive Anatomy through THINK Institute in Idaho.   

Then taking it one step further she learned Recoding and Inner Child work - clearing and neutralizing past negative programming (beliefs).

After many years of working with these modalities in her coaching practice, Alexis culminated all of them into An Elevated Life...  where one experiences independence and freedom.
