The Spiral of Sovereignty™ Collective was founded by Alexis Brown as an evolving body of work devoted to emotional sovereignty, conscious creation, and inner authority.

Rooted in both science and embodied transformation, Alexis’ work bridges nervous system awareness, emotional mastery, identity work, and conscious living — guiding women from reactive survival patterns into internally anchored self-leadership.

With a background in medical science and advanced studies in modalities including ThetaHealing®, EFT, life coaching, recoding, holistic wellness, and intuitive emotional integration, her approach blends grounded understanding with deep personal transformation.

But beyond credentials, this work was shaped through lived experience.

Through seasons of loss, reinvention, grief, healing, and profound personal change, Alexis came to understand that true transformation is not about fixing yourself — it is about returning to yourself beneath conditioning, fear, and survival.
